Client billing cycles

Care Complete supports multiple billing cycles allowing you to bill clients and payers at various frequencies. By default, defined billing cycles include:

  • Weekly
  • Biweekly
  • Monthly
  • Others
  • other frequencies exist for less common reasons

Billing cycles are defined for each client and for each authorization payer.

Clients

Go to the client Billing tab:

Edit the Billing section

Authorizations

Go to the client Authorizations tab

(1) Toggle viewing the payer(s)

(2) The payer(s) summary for the authorization

(3) The billing cycle for the payer

(4) Edit the authorization

Identifying Missing Billing Cycles

Click on the Menu and select Billing


Set the filter values and click Get Results

(1) Billing Group: Missing

(2) Start Date: Go back several months so that you capture any newly added schedules

(3) End Date: Select the last day of the billing cycle

(4) Client Readiness: All Clients

(5) Client Name Contains: leave empty

(6) Include Already Invoice: un-checked
