A travel schedule will appear with a vehicle. This type of schedule represents an estimate of the time to travel from one schedule to the next.

From left to right, the menu items perform the following actions:
Confirming a schedule with an employee or client are just flags that can be utilised by an agency. When marking a schedule as confirmed it means that someone physically spoke to the client/employee and confirmed the times of the schedule. Leaving a voicemail or sending an email are not considered confirmations.
It is not possible to confirm schedules that are in the past. It is only possible to confirm future schedules. For example, if it is 8:05am, it would not be possible to confirm an 8:00am schedule.
Sharing a schedule is only available for caregivers. Shared schedules populate the schedule in their portal, and from there they can get directions, clock in/out, and report tasks. When a schedule is not shared, the caregiver will only be able to clock in/out using the telephony number.
Schedules are not automatically shared. After adding a caregiver it is necessary to share the schedule in order to enable portal use.
