Backup Instructions: Overview
A. Log into CareComplete. There are two methods to log on to CareComplete:
- auth.carecomplete.net - this link will take you to the sign in page, and after successfully logging in, you will be taken to the profile page (screenshot below).
- app.carecomplete.net - this link will take you to the sign in page, and after successfully logging in, you will be taken to the home page.
B. From the Profile page, click on "CareComplete".

C. From the Welcome/Home page, click on the "Backup" menu item.

D. From the Backup page click on "Backup Instructions".

E. From this page, you can perform a search. Typically this will be the name of the person who is calling. In this case, Geno Smith is the caller.

- Search box. You may enter any portion of their name. You may also enter their id number.
- Results. Select the name from the results list. Note: Do not press enter as this may redirect you to another page and throw an error.
- There are other ways to filter and search for someone. You may click on the icon to display additional options.
- The date should default to the current date. This date value will be used to pull schedules from this day and the next four (five days total).
- Click on "Fetch" to pull the information.
F. This is what the results will look like.

- Information.
- Name of the person
- Type of person, such as Employee or Client
- Their position (for employees) or their type (for clients).
- Their Id number. This is used by employees to clock in and out using telephony.
- The telephony phone number. This is the number employees can use to clock in/out as well as to leave a messages.
- General Instructions (for clients). This will open up a list of instructions relevant for backup/substitution instructions.
- Important Information. This may contain relevant information for the person, such as a lock box location.
- Contact information for the caller including phone numbers and emails and addresses.
Scheduled Hours (for employees). This box will display the current week and next weeks summary of hours. The summary will include the total hours, overtime hours, and travel time hours.
Schedules. This box will display five days of schedules, starting with the date selected above next to the "Fetch".
Instructions. When clicking on a schedule and selecting "Instructions", this box will be loaded with schedule specific instructions.
Contacts. Clicking on "Get Contacts" will display contact information for this person.
Assignments. Clicking on "Get Assignments" will display office personnel who are assigned to the this person.
