Users of CareComplete are provided access through an organization licensed to use our products and services.  The organization can control and administer your account, including controlling privacy-related settings of CareComplete.

Your use of CareComplete is subject to your organizations policies, if any.  You should direct privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your organization’s administrator.

The rest of this page is to inform end users of our policies for how CareComplete will collect, use, and disclose of Personal Information for anyone who decides to use our products and services as an end user of another organization.  By choosing to use our products, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. 

1.  What information do we collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you use products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information.

The use of some of our services may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to GPS Location (while using the Service) and images (that you might upload while using the Service).

While using our services we collect audit data and information.  This data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, your browser information, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We may allow you to register your existing social media account details such as Microsoft or Google+.

The processing of your personal information is governed by the license between CareComplete and your organization. We process your personal information to provide the product and services to your organization and depends on how you interact with our services, including:

To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.

To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide your organization with the requested services.

To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.

 To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.

To protect our Services. We may process your information as part of our efforts to keep our Services safe and secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention.

To evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience. We may process your information when we believe it is necessary to identify usage trends, determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our Services, products, marketing, and your experience.

To comply with our legal obligations. We may process your information to comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights.

3.  How do we keep your information safe?

We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information.
