1. Go to the Play Store and search "evv locator" (without the quotes)
2. Select EVV Locator and then install
3. You will need to sign in to use the app. The owner of the device should be the one to sign in.
4. You have the option to register as a user by clicking on "Sign up now", or you can use one of the provided social accounts.
5. After signing in, click on the plus sign at the bottom of the screen to add a shortcut.
6. Type in the name of the agency you work for and then the company code. The company code will be provided to you by your supervisor.
7. After creating your shortcut you will see this screen. From here you can create another shortcut if the device will be used for multiple agencies. When you are ready to retrieve a location code, click on the shortcut for the proper agency.
8. The employee must enter in their employee id number. Incorrect employee id numbers will work in the Evv Locator app; however, when the code is given to the telephony system it will be rejected.
9. The Evv Locator app requires the use of the device's location. I recommend selecting "Allow only while using the app", but not all devices give you more than two options.
10. After clicking on "submit location" you will be presented with a six digit location code. When prompted by telephony, enter this code. The code will be visible for 10 minutes.
